As a veteran being disabled I went from narcotics and injections to using simply CBD and thc. After being educated on marijuana this is the best medicine I have ever had. It was never an option for me but after seeing videos on real life patients and getting the break down of what marijuana can actually do for us it is the best option.

Legalisation – for any use, by majors – around the world is much needed. Keep up the great work!

  5. Abril 15th, 2019

Looking at the comments, I don't think people realize that this is HUGE. The Feds even partially recognizing marijuana as a legal medicine is truly groundbreaking stuff. I would love to hear an update on this story in the near future, TYT

This would be great! I haven't smoked weed in years..

I'm a vet in the 101st inf.Iraq and Afghanistan I now live a normal life. I have a great jobs a family now. I'm 31 I have four boys. Two step and two mine. I think the legislation of it and for veterans is great. To get weed legal and not have to deal with it. I know a lot of brothers who smoke instead of taking a shit ton of pills. I am one of them. You don't smoke or eat it to just get stoned. I take a hit when things get overwhelming. Don't get me wrong I will get stoned it's normanlly me havibg the next day off. Also i know plenty of brothers who take to liquor. This is also better than drinking.
Thank you for this time. I have tomorrow off haha.

I think this is a back door for total legalization. Bravo!

  9. Abril 15th, 2019

While I do think everyone should get this, as a vet I have to ask what qualifications does a vet need (under this bill) to meet to be eligible for this? Is it all vets? I have sleep apnea and there have been several studies that marijuana helps with sleep apnea. Does this qualify me or not? Thanks

I'm an OIF vet and me and many of my army buddies have been self medicating with pot since we've got back

  11. Abril 15th, 2019

    What about recreational weed?

  12. Abril 15th, 2019

I am just an outsider, But this proves beyond doubt that the Republicans don't care fot the war heroes why can't they get private health for free then? These are the men and women that put their lives at risk every day while in war zones and got hurt in certain ways so American Political people most republicans don't even care for them. How and who votes for what seams nasty horrible people that don't treat war heroes well.

I believe that pot should be legalized. It saves cancer patients by making them feel hungry. Also, why can people have something dangerous like cigarettes and not something actually life-saving like marijuana? There hasn't been a single person or thing that has died from marijuana, but millions have died from cigarettes and other smoking material.  It eases pain, gives hunger-pains to those who need it, and many other uses while smoking tobacco only gives you diseases and addiction. At least we're making progress in this important matter.

I like you guys I like your show .Here is the think Cent vets deserve special treatment as we went out of our way for our country some of us really got shit on still I see your point the rest of the country deserves medical marijuana for illness too. But here is the thing this is for us we are in a special place we served let us have it without the pissing and moaning it is a start in the right place for all and a small concession for those of us breaking the law to stop our pain. Thanks

would be nice if Vets didn't have to live in a camping tent behind a Mcdonalds.

  16. Abril 15th, 2019

I love it when Ana says the word "Marijuana." I seriously can't get enough of it, haha..

  17. Abril 15th, 2019

All these Boot POGS who tell war stories to their friends and family like they were in the Suck will try to take advantage of this… I am 100% with my right ear drum blown out, 60% TBI, and PTSD. VA is forcing Pills on Vets which is making them anti social and depressed. Which is Better?… My Opinion… Marijuana…

  18. Abril 15th, 2019

Weed for PTSD? R u sure it is effective for psychological disorders?

  19. Abril 15th, 2019

The federal government is at odds with fucking everyone… its a bloated piece of beurocratic nonsense and needs to be restructured

  20. Abril 15th, 2019

That would be great, does that include active duty

  21. Abril 15th, 2019

Dude, whatever. this will be a huge legal precedent. eventually they'll look back at this and they will have to decide on it for everyone.

  22. Abril 15th, 2019

This applies to me, and I would very, very much appreciate it.

  23. Abril 15th, 2019

I don't understand why TyT continues to call Cannabis, "marijuana". Use the scientific name for the substance and the poison of cultural bias comes undone. Cannabis is medicine. "Marijuana" is a misnomer.

  24. Abril 15th, 2019

As long as it's only used for medical purposes.

  25. Abril 15th, 2019

is it true that fly fishing while smoking weed is a cure for PTSD?

  26. Abril 15th, 2019

    Fuck weed.

  27. Abril 15th, 2019

Siracha pop-pops in my mouth, healthy! lmao

  28. Abril 15th, 2019

Right wingers only care about vets when they're fighting in a war.

  29. Abril 15th, 2019

Just legalize it. Stop stalling and beating around the bush.

  30. Abril 15th, 2019

I'm on 90mg of morphine a day and about 40mg of oxycodone from my injury. I would love to see this pass so can at least try and see if it would help my pain.

  31. Abril 15th, 2019

Does this mean tricare prime will cover the cost if it's a service connected disabilities?
