    Leave the skin on, you'll get a stronger culture faster. Also, no one use "the back of a spoon" to peel. Lots of people use the edge of a spoon tho

    im starting all over in life,dont know your personal email is at, not to tech savvy, but learning. i was a public school special ed teacher, but stress got me, just glad my children were somewhat grown…..had a stroke two years ago…on disability with my school system, need more money to live….living with my sis for a couple of months…thank God for family! right now, cant afford to sign up under you, but i will be….did you do your own website, its beautiful..please tell me who did it because i cant afford to pay someone to do it, teaching myself now. i had to go bankrupt…trying to save my house so i can start growing my food. was raised on a backyard garden….so im setting up multiple streams of income….i love your picture….who took that picture? i want my website something like yours….ok. enough taking….one more thing….when i joined under you….i was reading about the companies charitable groups….i am very interested in the group that makes sanitary napkins for girls around the world….are you involved in that?

    I just took the plunge to start a ginger bug. But didn't measure how much ginger. I put 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups water and an entire ginger root that looked like a small hand. Do I just have a mess and need to start over? thx

    my gingerbug is not fizzy or bubbly and I followed the directions. it's been a week. ideas?? I use Sourdough starter and feed that weekly with no problems so I'm not sure what's up.
